Login in to your Trader’s Room and click Contact us button.

Select an appropriate category in the drop-down list. If you are not sure about the section, please select one you think is suitable. We review all applications regardless of the selected category.

Specify your question in the box below. Please provide as much details as possible so we can start to fix the problem shortly.

Trader’s Room

Please, select “I have a question about Trader’s Room”, if:

  • You cannot find a section in your Trader’s Room

  • You cannot save data

  • You have not received the notification

  • You want to open an additional account but something went wrong

  • You want to change Personal data

  • Something is not working as it should

Please do not forget to specify your question in the box below, so we can understand you properly and provide a prompt response.

MT4 Platform

Please select "I have a question regarding the MT4 platform", if:

  • You have a question about installation of the MetaTrader4 terminal

  • You have a question regarding the MetaTrader4 terminal settings

  • You cannot place an order

  • Something is not working as it should

Financial question

Please select "I have a financial question", if:

  • You have a question about deposits and withdrawals

  • You have a question about commissions

  • You have a question about trading conditions

  • You cannot see the money that you deposited

  • You received less money than you withdrew on your credit card or bank account

  • You have been charged too much commissions

Bonuses and special offers

Please select "I have a question on the bonuses and special offers", if:

  • You want to apply to a bonus

  • You want to disable a bonus

  • You cannot get a bonus

  • Your bonus was not prolonged automatically

  • Something is not working as it should

If you are going to apply to a bonus, please do not forget to enter the name of a bonus into the Question box below.
